Website & purchase terms

A little clarity before your next journey.

Who runs this website

Twofold Worlds is operated by Otherline Limited, company number 17420075, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is Unit 29 Highcroft Industrial Estate, Enterprise Road, Horndean, Waterlooville, United Kingdom, PO8 0BT. Contact hello@twofoldworlds.com with questions or to report a problem.

Browsing and book previews

You are welcome to browse this website and share links to its pages. Book artwork, stories, branding and other material are owned by, or used under licence by, their respective rights holders. Apart from uses permitted by law or expressly licensed, please ask before copying, adapting, redistributing or using this material commercially. A preview is not a licence to reproduce a book.

We label detail crops and digital cover images so you can distinguish them from complete pages or photographs of printed books. Colours and appearance can vary between screens and printed copies.

Buying books elsewhere

Printed book purchase links take you to Amazon; we do not accept physical book orders in this website’s basket. Check that retailer’s current edition, price, stock, delivery and returns information before ordering. The retailer’s checkout terms apply to that purchase. These terms do not reduce any statutory consumer rights.

“Coming soon” is not a promise of a particular publication date. Each edition is a separate book unless a listing explicitly states otherwise.

Printable PDF purchases

Our digital checkout is for UK customers with UK card billing addresses. A pack costs £2.99; the three-pack collection costs £6.99. There is no postage or recurring subscription. Otherline Limited is not VAT registered and no VAT is added. Each pack contains English-language PDF files in A4 and US Letter; these are two paper sizes of the same content, not extra packs. A PDF reader, printer, paper and colouring supplies are required and not included. Review your basket and email before opening Stripe’s secure payment form.

Stripe handles card details. Payment is first authorised, then captured only after our eligibility checks. Rejected orders are cancelled without capture; your bank may take time to remove the temporary hold. An interrupted or uncertain payment is held for a status check, not automatically retried or cancelled. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and download access is provided. If you are unsure whether payment completed, contact us before paying again.

After confirmed payment, your order page provides download links and we send a receipt with a private recovery link. Save your PDFs: order-page access lasts seven days, with up to 30 download requests per order. The email link can be opened once within 24 hours and opens a 30-minute download session. Contact us with your order reference if access expires or a download fails; these security limits do not remove your rights to the content you bought. A4 is selected first, with US Letter also available. Files are licensed for personal and household use, not resale, redistribution, classroom/group or commercial use unless separately licensed.

Before payment, you must expressly request immediate digital supply and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right is lost once supply begins. Your receipt confirms that choice. This does not affect rights where digital content is faulty or not as described. To report a fault, request assistance or cancel before supply begins, email hello@twofoldworlds.com with your order reference. You can save or print these English-language terms for your records.

Help with earlier purchases

Email hello@twofoldworlds.com with your order reference and the issue. Existing licences and statutory consumer rights remain unchanged. Personal and household use does not include resale, redistribution or classroom/group/commercial use unless separately licensed.

Email choices

Newsletter emails are optional and require your explicit choice and confirmation of your email address. Buying a book or downloading a sample does not subscribe you. You can withdraw at any time; see our privacy information and unsubscribe options. Browsing this website does not sign you up to marketing.

Free book samples

You may download and print the free book sample PDFs for personal and household use. Please share the website link rather than redistribute the files. Resale, redistribution and commercial use are not licensed. This does not restrict rights granted by law. Home-printed samples are not a representation of the retail books’ paper or print quality.

Using the site responsibly

Please do not misuse the forms, submit someone else’s details without permission, introduce malicious software or attempt unauthorised access. We may restrict abusive traffic to protect the service.

Accuracy and changes

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but mistakes and interruptions can occur. Please contact us if something looks wrong. We may update the website and these terms; the date above identifies this version. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
